In
addition to the above, Out of Bounds on each hole is defined as follows:
Hole No.
8
To the
left of driving range fence on the left side or left of white stakes between
the fence and the lake.
9
To the
left of white stakes on the left side rough or beyond the sidewalk behind the
green.
10 To
right of white stakes along right side rough or left of driving range fence on
the left.
11 To the
right of white stakes along right side rough.
12 To
the right of or past the white stakes on the right or behind the green.
17 To
the right of white stakes along right side rough or to the left of white stakes
on the left side.
18 To the
right of white stakes on the right side rough or past the sidewalk behind the
green.
Obstructions: (Note: Relief is for stance and swing only,
one club length no closer to the hole, without penalty)

All
concrete, asphalt or gravel cart paths or roads
·
All
red, yellow and blue yardage markers or planted bushes indicating yardage
·
Trees
marked with a ribbon or tree wells filled with bark
·
All
sprinkler heads or sprinkler control boxes
·
Hole
#2-pump house to the right of the green
·
Hole
#3- New area along fence left of cart path, planted shrubs & rockbeds. Drop
on top of burm.
·
Hole
#8- If a ball in play comes to rest between areas marked by white lines or
stakes along driving range fence, the closest point of relief will be on
fairway side of cartpath. Relief without penalty is provided under rule
24-2b(i).
·
Flower/rock
bed between #8 green and #9 tee box.
·
Hole
#18-cart storage building, flower/rock bed next to the building, pitching and
putting greens
·
Stones
in bunkers are moveable obstructions. (Rule 24-1 applies)
Ground Under Repair: (Lift, clean and drop, except for aerated
areas)
·
All
area’s outlined by officials with paint or other markings
·
All
irrigation construction areas
·
All
construction areas on the course that have left the area unplayable, whether
marked or unmarked (newly sodden areas, piles of dirt from excavation, etc)
·
Recent
animal or bird diggings on the fairway
·
All
aerated areas. (May lift, clean and place not nearer the hole)
Water Hazards:
The lake on holes #3, #8 and #9 (On 9, short of point where
Out of Bounds begins, left of the cart path) are played as lateral water
hazards. The rocked drainage areas are part of the water hazards
Utility Lines:
If a ball strikes a utility line anywhere over the course,
the player shall disregard the stroke, regardless of its outcome, and play
another stroke from the original position without penalty.
Yardage/Distance
Measuring Devices – are allowed
except that devices that gauge or measure other
conditions that might affect a
player’s play (e.g., wind or gradient) are
not permitted. (NEW 2006)
